त्रा॒ता नो॑ बोधि॒ ददृ॑शान आ॒पिर॑भिख्या॒ता म॑र्डि॒ता सो॒म्याना॑म्। सखा॑ पि॒ता पि॒तृत॑मः पितॄ॒णां कर्ते॑मु लो॒कमु॑श॒ते व॑यो॒धाः ॥१७॥
trātā no bodhi dadṛśāna āpir abhikhyātā marḍitā somyānām | sakhā pitā pitṛtamaḥ pitṝṇāṁ kartem u lokam uśate vayodhāḥ ||
त्रा॒ता। नः॒। बो॒धि॒। ददृ॑शानः। आ॒पिः। अ॒भि॒ऽख्या॒ता। म॒र्डि॒ता। सो॒म्याना॑म्। सखा॑।। पि॒ता। पि॒तृऽत॑मः। पि॒तॄ॒णाम्। कर्ता॑। ई॒म्। ऊ॒म् इति॑। लो॒कम्। उ॒श॒ते। व॒यः॒ऽधाः ॥१७॥

अब ईश्वरोपासना विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहते हैं ॥

स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
अथेश्वरोपासनाविषयमाह ॥
हे विद्वन् ! यो नस्त्राता ददृशान आपिरभिख्याता मर्डिता सखा पिता सोम्यानां पितॄणां पितृतमः कर्त्ता लोकमुशत ईमु वयोधा जगदीश्वरोऽस्ति तं बोधि ॥१७॥

The communion with God is described.
O learned person ! know that God who is our savior, who benevolently looks upon all, all-pervading and is instructor as the happiness on those who are of peaceful disposition like the moon. He is our friend, a protector, the father (creator) of the world, the Indwelling spirit. He is the bestower of Great Father and Protector among the protectors. He gives away to the one who is desirous of peace and prosperity In the world, good life and all desirable things, because He is their upholder.
