यः श॒ग्मस्तु॑विशग्म ते रा॒यो दा॒मा म॑ती॒नाम्। सोमः॑ सु॒तः स इ॑न्द्र॒ तेऽस्ति॑ स्वधापते॒ मदः॑ ॥२॥
yaḥ śagmas tuviśagma te rāyo dāmā matīnām | somaḥ sutaḥ sa indra te sti svadhāpate madaḥ ||
यः। श॒ग्मः। तु॒वि॒ऽश॒ग्म॒। ते॒। रा॒यः। दा॒मा। म॒ती॒नाम्। सोमः॑। सु॒तः। सः। इ॒न्द्र॒। ते॒। अस्ति॑। स्व॒धा॒ऽप॒ते॒ मदः॑ ॥२॥

हे तुविशग्म स्वधापत इन्द्र ! यस्ते शग्मो रायो मतीनां दामा सुतो मदः सोमोऽस्ति स ते धर्मकीर्तिङ्करोतु ॥२॥

O (endowed with abundant wealth) king! you are the possessor of much happiness and lord of food, may the abundant wealth which has been acquired by you, which is giver of happiness and worthy of being given to thoughtful, wise persons, increase your glory or reputation regarding your Dharma or righteousness. May it be giver of delight to the wise.
