क॒था म॒हे रु॒द्रिया॑य ब्रवाम॒ कद्रा॒ये चि॑कि॒तुषे॒ भगा॑य। आप॒ ओष॑धीरु॒त नो॑ऽवन्तु॒ द्यौर्वना॑ गि॒रयो॑ वृ॒क्षके॑शाः ॥११॥
kathā mahe rudriyāya bravāma kad rāye cikituṣe bhagāya | āpa oṣadhīr uta no vantu dyaur vanā girayo vṛkṣakeśāḥ ||
क॒था। म॒हे। रु॒द्रिया॑य। ब्र॒वा॒म॒। क॒त्। रा॒ये। चि॒कि॒तुषे॑। भगा॑य। आपः॑। ओषधीः। उ॒त। नः॒। अ॒व॒न्तु॒। द्यौः। वना॑। गि॒रयः॑। वृ॒क्षऽके॑शाः ॥११॥

हे विद्वांसो ! मनुष्या आप ओषधीर्वृक्षकेशा गिरय उत द्यौर्वनेव नोऽवन्तु तत्सहायेन वयं महे चिकितुषे रुद्रियाय कथा ब्रवाम राये भगाय कद् ब्रवाम ॥११॥

O learned person ! may the waters, like herbs like the soma etc., hills whose hair are trees, the sun like the rays protect us. With their help in what manner shall we speak about the great Lord who is worthy of knowledge and attains persons to observe Brahmacharya up to the age of forty-four (inspires) and makes the wicked weep. And when shall we speak about the good wealth—that is to be acquired.
