वि॒त्वक्ष॑णः॒ समृ॑तौ चक्रमास॒जोऽसु॑न्वतो॒ विषु॑णः सुन्व॒तो वृ॒धः। इन्द्रो॒ विश्व॑स्य दमि॒ता वि॒भीष॑णो यथाव॒शं न॑यति॒ दास॒मार्यः॑ ॥६॥
vitvakṣaṇaḥ samṛtau cakramāsajo sunvato viṣuṇaḥ sunvato vṛdhaḥ | indro viśvasya damitā vibhīṣaṇo yathāvaśaṁ nayati dāsam āryaḥ ||
वि॒ऽत्वक्ष॑णः। सम्ऽऋ॑तौ। च॒क्रऽआ॒स॒जः। असु॑न्वतः। विषु॑णः। सु॒न्व॒तः। वृ॒धः। इन्द्रः॑। विश्व॑स्य। द॒मि॒ता। वि॒ऽभीष॑णः। य॒था॒ऽव॒शम्। न॒य॒ति॒। दास॑म्। आर्यः॑ ॥६॥

हे मनुष्या ! यथा वृधः इन्द्रो विश्वस्य दमिता विभीषणोऽस्ति तथा वित्वक्षणः समृतौ चक्रमासजो विषुणः सुन्वतोऽसुन्वतश्च दमिता सन्नार्यो राजा यथावशं दासं नयति ॥६॥

The attribute of Indra (king) are told.
O men! a king who is splendid like electricity increases (the strength) of all, controls all and terrifies the wicked. In the same manner, a noble ruler is particular to destroy miseries. Born in one of the months of the Cycle of Time, he controls (guides. Ed.) a highly learned performer of Yajnas (non-violent sacrifices) and also to those who do not perform them, and sets a Shudra (the last category of unskilled ones in the society based on Varna-Vyavastha-Ed.) in proper order (under check. Ed.).
