अव॒ यच्छ्ये॒नो अस्व॑नी॒दध॒ द्योर्वि यद्यदि॒ वात॑ ऊ॒हुः पुर॑न्धिम्। सृ॒जद्यद॑स्मा॒ अव॑ ह क्षि॒पज्ज्यां कृ॒शानु॒रस्ता॒ मन॑सा भुर॒ण्यन् ॥३॥
ava yac chyeno asvanīd adha dyor vi yad yadi vāta ūhuḥ puraṁdhim | sṛjad yad asmā ava ha kṣipaj jyāṁ kṛśānur astā manasā bhuraṇyan ||
अव॑। यत्। श्ये॒नः। अस्व॑नीत्। अध॑। द्योः। वि। यत्। यदि॑। वा॒। अतः॑। ऊ॒हुः। पुर॑म्ऽधिम्। सृ॒जत्। यत्। अ॒स्मै॒। अव॑। ह॒। क्षि॒पत्। ज्याम्। कृ॒शानुः॑। अस्ता॑। मन॑सा। भु॒र॒ण्यन् ॥३॥

हे मनुष्याः ! यद्यः श्येन इवावास्वनीदध यद् द्योः पुरन्धिं सृजद् यद्वा शत्रुबलं कम्पयेदस्मै ह ज्यामवक्षिपदतः कृशानुरिव मनसा भुरण्यन्नस्ता व्यवक्षिपद्यदि तमन्य ऊहुस्तर्हि स सर्वत्र विजयी स्यात् ॥३॥

The archer who subdues enemies, pursuing, fast with the speed of the wind and string his bow, shots an arrow towards wicked man, upholds good men if they support him, or stay indifferent to his criminal violent activities.
