पू॒षा सु॒बन्धु॑र्दि॒व आ पृ॑थि॒व्या इ॒ळस्पति॑र्म॒घवा॑ द॒स्मव॑र्चाः। यं दे॒वासो॒ अद॑दुः सू॒र्यायै॒ कामे॑न कृ॒तं त॒वसं॒ स्वञ्च॑म् ॥४॥
pūṣā subandhur diva ā pṛthivyā iḻas patir maghavā dasmavarcāḥ | yaṁ devāso adaduḥ sūryāyai kāmena kṛtaṁ tavasaṁ svañcam ||
पू॒षा। सु॒ऽबन्धुः॑। दि॒वः। आ। पृ॒थि॒व्याः। इ॒ळः। पतिः॑। म॒घऽवा॑। द॒स्मऽव॑र्चाः। यम्। दे॒वासः॑। अद॑दुः। सू॒र्यायै॑। कामे॑न। कृ॒तम्। त॒वस॑म्। सु॒ऽअञ्च॑म् ॥४॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर कौन विद्या को प्राप्त होने के योग्य होते हैं, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

पुनः के विद्यां प्राप्तुमर्हन्तीत्याह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! यं देवासः कामेन कृतं तवसं स्वञ्चं युवानं नरं सूर्याया अददुः स सुबन्धुर्मघवा दस्मवर्चाः पूषा दिवः पृथिव्या इळस्पतिः सन् सुखमादत्ते ॥४॥

Who can acquire knowledge is further told.
O men ! that Youngman, who is strong nourisher like the earth desirous of wedding with love, mighty, endowed with physical and spiritual power and whom highly learned truthful persons gave away to a virtuous virgin full of splendor like the sun and who has many good kith and kin, has splendor over the weak, the master of the science of electricity, of the earth and fine speech, enjoys much happiness.
