अ॒स्मा उ॑ ते॒ महि॑ म॒हे वि॑धेम॒ नमो॑भिरग्ने स॒मिधो॒त ह॒व्यैः। वेदी॑ सूनो सहसो गी॒र्भिरु॒क्थैरा ते॑ भ॒द्रायां॑ सुम॒तौ य॑तेम ॥१०॥
asmā u te mahi mahe vidhema namobhir agne samidhota havyaiḥ | vedī sūno sahaso gīrbhir ukthair ā te bhadrāyāṁ sumatau yatema ||
अ॒स्मै। ऊँ॒ इति॑। ते॒। महि॑। म॒हे। वि॒धे॒म॒। नमः॑ऽभिः। अ॒ग्ने॒। स॒म्ऽइधा। उ॒त। ह॒व्यैः। वेदी॑। सू॒नो॒ इति॑। स॒ह॒सः॒। गीः॒ऽभिः। उ॒क्थैः। आ। ते॒। भ॒द्राया॑म्। सु॒ऽम॒तौ। य॒ते॒म॒ ॥१०॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
जो पदार्थविद्याप्राप्ति के लिये प्रयत्न करते हैं, वे भाग्यशाली होते हैं, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥

ये पदार्थविद्याप्राप्तये प्रयतन्ते ते भाग्यशालिनो जायन्त इत्याह ॥
हे सहसः सूनोऽग्ने ! यथा समिधा नमोभिर्विश्वा वामा ये दधते य आहुतिं दृष्ट्वा परिवेद। या वेदी भवति तां गीर्भिरुक्थैर्हव्यैरस्मै महे ते मह्याविधेम ताभिर्वाग्भिस्सहिता यूयमु उत वयं च ते भद्रायां सुमतौ यतेम ॥१०॥

Those who endeavor to acquire the knowledge of the physics, become very fortunate is told.
O son of the mighty father! O enlightened leader! the men kindle fire with fuel and knowledge and by putting in it oblations of food grains etc., enjoy all happiness. Those who know well the nature of the oblations to be put in the fire and at the altar, let us honor them well with admirable words and offering food. May we always endeavor to be in your auspicious and noble intellect or favour, which bestows happiness.
