व॒धेन॒ दस्युं॒ प्र हि चा॒तय॑स्व॒ वयः॑ कृण्वा॒नस्त॒न्वे॒३॒॑ स्वायै॑। पिप॑र्षि॒ यत्स॑हसस्पुत्र दे॒वान्त्सो अ॑ग्ने पाहि नृतम॒ वाजे॑ अ॒स्मान् ॥६॥
vadhena dasyum pra hi cātayasva vayaḥ kṛṇvānas tanve svāyai | piparṣi yat sahasas putra devānt so agne pāhi nṛtama vāje asmān ||
व॒धेन॑। दस्यु॑म्। प्र। हि चा॒तय॑स्व। वयः॑। कृ॒ण्वा॒नः। त॒न्वे॑। स्वायै॑। पिप॑र्षि। यत्। स॒ह॒सः॒। पु॒त्र॒। दे॒वान्। सः। अ॒ग्ने॒। पा॒हि॒। नृ॒ऽत॒म॒। वाजे॑। अ॒स्मान् ॥६॥

फिर उसी विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
'ज्ञान' रूप शस्त्र से 'काम' रूप शत्रु का संहारव॒
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ॥
हे सहसस्पुत्र नृतमाग्ने राजन् ! यद्यस्त्वं स्वायै तन्वे वयः कृण्वानस्सन् वधेन दस्युं प्र चातयस्व। प्रजा हि पिपर्षि स त्वं वाजेऽस्मान् देवान् पाहि ॥६॥

O the best leader ! you are son of a mighty father. Making your body strong by taking good food and other things necessary for sustaining life, you annihilate the robbers and thieves with powerful and fatal weapons. You sustain your subjects well, and protect the learned persons in the battle.
