व्र॒ता ते॑ अग्ने मह॒तो म॒हानि॒ तव॒ क्रत्वा॒ रोद॑सी॒ आ त॑तन्थ। त्वं दू॒तो अ॑भवो॒ जाय॑मान॒स्त्वं ने॒ता वृ॑षभ चर्षणी॒नाम्॥
vratā te agne mahato mahāni tava kratvā rodasī ā tatantha | tvaṁ dūto abhavo jāyamānas tvaṁ netā vṛṣabha carṣaṇīnām ||
व्र॒ता। ते॒। अ॒ग्ने॒। म॒ह॒तः। म॒हानि॑। तव॑। क्रत्वा॑। रोद॑सी॒ इति॑। आ। त॒त॒न्थ॒। त्वम्। दू॒तः। अ॒भ॒वः॒। जाय॑मानः। त्वम्। ने॒ता। वृ॒ष॒भ॒। च॒र्ष॒णी॒नाम्॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहा है।
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
महतो महान् प्रभु
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह।
हे वृषभाग्ने ! यथा सूर्यो विद्युद्वा रोदसी आ ततन्थ दूतो भवति तथा त्वमभवो यस्य महतस्ते महानि व्रता तव क्रत्वा भवन्ति स त्वं चर्षणीनां दूतोऽभवो जायमानस्त्वं नेताऽभवः ॥५॥

The subject of learned persons goes further.
O learned leader ! you are showerer of happiness. Like the sun/ electricity, you pervade the heaven and earth and are like messengers of God (manifesting His glory). You are also like them. Great are your deeds. You are the mighty one, on account of your knowledge and power of actions. As soon as you manifest your glory, you become the messenger and leader of the people.
