त्वां विश्वे॑ अमृत॒ जाय॑मानं॒ शिशुं॒ न दे॒वा अ॒भि सं न॑वन्ते। तव॒ क्रतु॑भिरमृत॒त्वमा॑य॒न्वैश्वा॑नर॒ यत्पि॒त्रोरदी॑देः ॥४॥
tvāṁ viśve amṛta jāyamānaṁ śiśuṁ na devā abhi saṁ navante | tava kratubhir amṛtatvam āyan vaiśvānara yat pitror adīdeḥ ||
त्वाम्। विश्वे॑। अ॒मृ॒त॒। जाय॑मानम्। शिशु॑म्। न। दे॒वाः। अ॒भि। सम्। न॒व॒न्ते॒। तव॑। क्रतु॑ऽभिः। अ॒मृ॒त॒ऽत्वम्। आ॒य॒न्। वैश्वा॑नर। यत्। पि॒त्रोः। अदी॑देः ॥४॥

हे वैश्वानराऽमृताप्त विद्वन् ! यं त्वां शिशुं न जायमानं विश्वे देवा अभि सन्नवन्ते यस्य तव क्रतुभिर्मनुष्या अमृतत्वमायन् यत्त्वं पित्रोरदीदेः स त्वं धन्योऽसि ॥४॥

O immortal, absolutely truthful enlightened person! leading all men towards the path of riotousness, all highly learned truthful persons praise you or (acclaim. Ed.) sing for joy as to their infant, when you are born for the second time (through initiation). By your intelligent or wise actions, thoughtful men attain immortality or (final. Ed.) liberation-Moksha. You illumine by the union of Vidya (the knowledge) and Acharya (preceptor) as parents. You are (stand. Ed.) therefore blessed.
