उ॒त त्वं सू॑नो सहसो नो अ॒द्या दे॒वाँ अ॒स्मिन्न॑ध्व॒रे व॑वृत्याः। स्याम॒हं ते॒ सद॒मिद्रा॒तौ तव॑ स्याम॒ग्नेऽव॑सा सु॒वीरः॑ ॥९॥
uta tvaṁ sūno sahaso no adyā devām̐ asminn adhvare vavṛtyāḥ | syām ahaṁ te sadam id rātau tava syām agne vasā suvīraḥ ||

हे सहसः सूनोऽग्ने ! त्वमद्याऽस्मिन्नध्वरे नो देवाना ववृत्या येनाहं सदं प्राप्य ते रातौ स्थिरः स्यामुत तवावसा सुवीरोऽहमिदेव स्याम् ॥९॥

O (spiritual) son of a man ! who is endowed with physical and spiritual strength and illumined soul like the fire! do you bring here to-day in the enlightened persons or divine enjoyments in this inviolable dealing of the attainment of true knowledge, so that I may be firm in your gift having attained the thing worthy of attainment and under your protection, may I be a hero and enlightened person.
