पाता॑ सु॒तमिन्द्रो॑ अस्तु॒ सोमं॒ हन्ता॑ वृ॒त्रं वज्रे॑ण मन्दसा॒नः। गन्ता॑ य॒ज्ञं प॑रा॒वत॑श्चि॒दच्छा॒ वसु॑र्धी॒नाम॑वि॒ता का॒रुधा॑याः ॥१५॥
pātā sutam indro astu somaṁ hantā vṛtraṁ vajreṇa mandasānaḥ | gantā yajñam parāvataś cid acchā vasur dhīnām avitā kārudhāyāḥ ||
पाता॑। सु॒तम्। इन्द्रः॑। अ॒स्तु॒। सोम॑म्। हन्ता॑। वृ॒त्रम्। वज्रे॑ण। म॒न्द॒सा॒नः। गन्ता॑। य॒ज्ञम्। प॒रा॒ऽवतः॑। चि॒त्। अच्छ॑। वसुः॑। धी॒नाम्। अ॒वि॒ता। का॒रुऽधा॑याः ॥१५॥

पुनर्मनुष्याः किं कुर्य्युरित्याह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! य इन्द्रस्सुतं सोमं पाता वज्रेण मन्दसानो वृत्रं सूर्य इव शत्रून् हन्ता यज्ञं गन्ता परावतश्चित्कारुधाया वसुः सन् धीनामच्छाऽविता वर्त्तत इन्द्रोऽस्तु तं यूयं सततं सत्कुरुत ॥१५॥

What should men do-is told.
O men ! you should always honor that king, who is the giver of great wealth or prosperity, drinker of the juice of Soma and other invigorating herbs, slayer of enemies desiring the welfare of his subjects, like the sun destroying the clouds, going to attend Yajna or good dealings of various kinds, upholder of the artisans, even from a distant place and causing the proper in habilitation or settlement and protector of good deeds.
