नू नो॑ अग्नेऽवृ॒केभिः॑ स्व॒स्ति वेषि॑ रा॒यः प॒थिभिः॒ पर्ष्यंहः॑। ता सू॒रिभ्यो॑ गृण॒ते रा॑सि सु॒म्नं मदे॑म श॒तहि॑माः सु॒वीराः॑ ॥८॥
nū no agne vṛkebhiḥ svasti veṣi rāyaḥ pathibhiḥ parṣy aṁhaḥ | tā sūribhyo gṛṇate rāsi sumnam madema śatahimāḥ suvīrāḥ ||
नु। नः॒। अ॒ग्ने॒। अ॒वृ॒केभिः॑। स्व॒स्ति। वेषि॑। रा॒यः। प॒थिऽभिः। पर्षि॑। अंहः॑। ता। सूरिऽभ्यः॑। गृ॒ण॒ते। रा॒सि॒। सु॒म्नम्। मदे॑म। श॒तऽहि॑माः। सु॒ऽवीराः॑ ॥८॥

हे अग्ने ! यस्त्वमवृकेभिर्नः स्वस्ति वेषि पथिभी रायो नू पर्षि सूरिभ्यो गृणते च सुम्नं रासि। अंहो दूरीकरोषि तेन सह ता प्राप्य शतहिमाः सुवीरा वयं मदेम ॥८॥

The attributes of the enlightened persons are told further.
O highly learned leader ! as you lead us to welfare along with honest persons who are not thieves, you guard us and fill us with wealth of all kinds by treading upon the path of righteousness, bestow upon the enlightened persons and devotees of God who glorify Him and admire other good virtues happiness and remove all sins. Let us therefore attain all these good things with you and being good heroes, let us enjoy bliss for hundred years or more.
