स॒म्यक्स्र॑वन्ति स॒रितो॒ न धेना॑ अ॒न्तर्हृ॒दा मन॑सा पू॒यमा॑नाः। ए॒ते अ॑र्षन्त्यू॒र्मयो॑ घृ॒तस्य॑ मृ॒गाइ॑व क्षिप॒णोरीष॑माणाः ॥६॥
samyak sravanti sarito na dhenā antar hṛdā manasā pūyamānāḥ | ete arṣanty ūrmayo ghṛtasya mṛgā iva kṣipaṇor īṣamāṇāḥ ||
स॒म्यक्। स्र॒व॒न्ति॒। स॒रितः॑ न। धेनाः॑। अ॒न्तः। हृ॒दा। मन॑सा। पू॒यमा॑नाः। ए॒ते। अ॒र्ष॒न्ति॒। ऊ॒र्मयः॑। घृ॒तस्य॑। मृ॒गाःऽइ॑व। क्षि॒प॒णोः। ईष॑माणाः ॥६॥

Those highly learned persons become glorious and renowned, whose speeches are endowed with knowledge and flow together in the form of verses from the depth of heart and purified by mind (thoughts) like the rivers flow to the ocean. These waves of knowledge pour swiftly like waves of the water or a deer running out of fear of a tiger.
