अ॒यं च॒क्रमि॑षण॒त्सूर्य॑स्य॒ न्येत॑शं रीरमत्ससृमा॒णम्। आ कृ॒ष्ण ईं॑ जुहुरा॒णो जि॑घर्ति त्व॒चो बु॒घ्ने रज॑सो अ॒स्य योनौ॑ ॥१४॥
ayaṁ cakram iṣaṇat sūryasya ny etaśaṁ rīramat sasṛmāṇam | ā kṛṣṇa īṁ juhurāṇo jigharti tvaco budhne rajaso asya yonau ||
अ॒यम्। च॒क्रम्। इ॒ष॒ण॒त्। सूर्य॑स्य। नि। एतश॑म्। री॒र॒म॒त्। स॒सृ॒मा॒णम्। आ। कृ॒ष्णः। ई॒म्। जु॒हु॒रा॒णः। जि॒घ॒र्ति॒। त्व॒चः। बु॒ध्ने॑। रज॑सः। अ॒स्य। योनौ॑ ॥१४॥

हे राजन् ! भवान् यथाऽयं सूर्यस्य मण्डलमिव चक्रमिषणत् ससृमाणमेतशं नि रीरमत् कृष्णो जुहुराण इवेमाजिघर्त्ति त्वचो रजसोऽस्य बुध्ने योनौ रमत इति विज्ञायेमं सत्कृत्य दुष्टं ताडय ॥१४॥

A king should get manufactured quick-moving machines and punish the wicked.
O king ! this industrious person manufactures wheel of a machine as God makes this solar world. The other man drives the speedy horses. The farmer going some times on the straight and sometimes crooked (rough) path makes the water flow or sprinkle (for the fields etc.). Some scholar uses his speech (power of discussion) and takes delight in the description of the firmament, and other worlds and the home (this earth). Honor all such tireless astronomists and punish the wicked.
