A man active like electricity, knows and accepts on earth all sort of materials-sweet or other tastes-like the men who undertake long walks on feet or ride on animals with their hoofs, in fact, they know the nature and characterics of the land. As a man receives dakshina (sacrificial gift) it in his hand, in the same manner, the enlightened persons, should clearly visualize what is the hidden meaning of a particular word, or what mystery is there in the Pranas or waters. It is beneficial and therefore, all should know these things.
