जोष्य॑ग्ने स॒मिधं॒ जोष्याहु॑तिं॒ जोषि॒ ब्रह्म॒ जन्यं॒ जोषि॑ सुष्टु॒तिम्। विश्वे॑भि॒र्विश्वाँ॑ ऋ॒तुना॑ वसो म॒ह उ॒शन्दे॒वाँ उ॑श॒तः पा॑यया ह॒विः॥
joṣy agne samidhaṁ joṣy āhutiṁ joṣi brahma janyaṁ joṣi suṣṭutim | viśvebhir viśvām̐ ṛtunā vaso maha uśan devām̐ uśataḥ pāyayā haviḥ ||
जोषि॑। अ॒ग्ने॒। स॒म्ऽइध॑म्। जोषि॑। आऽहु॑तिम्। जोषि॑। ब्रह्म॑। जन्य॑म्। जोषि॑। सु॒ऽस्तु॒तिम्। विश्वे॑भिः। विश्वा॑न्। ऋ॒तुना॑। व॒सो॒ इति॑। म॒हः। उ॒शन्। दे॒वान्। उ॒श॒तः। पा॒य॒य॒। ह॒विः॥

हे अग्ने वसोऽग्निरिव त्वं यतो समिधं जोष्याहुतिं जोषि ब्रह्म विश्वान् जोषि जन्यं सुष्टुतिं च जोषि तस्माद्विश्वेभिरृतुना च सह उशतो देवानुशंस्त्वमेतान् हविः पायय ॥६॥

O virtuous learned person you are ! like the fire in which fuel and oblations etc. are put. You use these articles with love when performing Havan (daily Yajna). You take with love proper food, all good articles that are produced and prepared and the objects of good quality. Desiring the welfare of all great enlightened persons who are willing to co-operate with you in accordance with the needs in different seasons, make arrangements for giving them the good articles worth giving and cause them to drink Soma.
