त्वं गो॒त्रमङ्गि॑रोभ्योऽवृणो॒रपो॒तात्र॑ये श॒तदु॑रेषु गातु॒वित्। स॒सेन॑ चिद्विम॒दाया॑वहो॒ वस्वा॒जावद्रिं॑ वावसा॒नस्य॑ न॒र्तय॑न् ॥
tvaṁ gotram aṅgirobhyo vṛṇor apotātraye śatadureṣu gātuvit | sasena cid vimadāyāvaho vasv ājāv adriṁ vāvasānasya nartayan ||
त्वम्। गो॒त्रम्। अङ्गि॑रःऽभ्यः। अ॒वृ॒णोः॒। अप॑। उ॒त। अत्र॑ये। श॒तऽदु॑रेषु। गा॒तु॒ऽवित्। स॒सेन॑। चि॒त्। वि॒ऽम॒दाय॑। अ॒व॒हः॒। वसु॑। आ॒जौ। अद्रि॑म्। व॒व॒सा॒नस्य॑। न॒र्तय॑न् ॥

हे ससेन राजँस्त्वं यथा सूर्योऽङ्गिरोभ्योऽद्रिं गोत्रं मेघं चिदिवात्रय आजौ शत्रुबलमपावृणोः वावसानस्यारिपक्षस्य सेनां नर्त्तयन्निव विमदाय वस्ववहः। उतापि गातुवित्त्वं शतदुरेष्विवावृतां स्वसेनामपावृणोसि स भवान् सत्कर्त्तव्योऽसि ॥ ३ ॥

O King with thy army, as the sun dispels the cloud with the aid of the winds, thou demolishest the strength of the enemy in the battle for the sake of perfect happiness (where there is absence of all kinds of misery or suffering). Thou makest dance or subdue the army of the enemy which veils happiness of the people, bringing forth wealth for causing delight. Knowing the science of Geology, thou preservest and guardest thy army covered by thick clouds in the form of hundreds of difficulties and obstacles. Therefore, we honor thee whole-heartedly.
