उ॒त स्य दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता भगो॑ नो॒ऽपां नपा॑दवतु॒ दानु॒ पप्रिः॑। त्वष्टा॑ दे॒वेभि॒र्जनि॑भिः स॒जोषा॒ द्यौर्दे॒वेभिः॑ पृथि॒वी स॑मु॒द्रैः ॥१३॥
uta sya devaḥ savitā bhago no pāṁ napād avatu dānu papriḥ | tvaṣṭā devebhir janibhiḥ sajoṣā dyaur devebhiḥ pṛthivī samudraiḥ ||
उ॒त। स्यः। दे॒वः। स॒वि॒ता। भगः॑। नः॒। अ॒पाम्। नपा॑त्। अ॒व॒तु॒। दानु॑। पप्रिः॑। त्वष्टा॑। दे॒वेभिः॑। जनि॑ऽभिः। स॒ऽजोषाः॑। द्यौः। दे॒वेभिः॑। पृ॒थि॒वी। स॒मु॒द्रैः ॥१३॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर विद्वानों को क्या करना चाहिये, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
सम्पूर्ण वातावरण कल्याणमय हो
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनर्विद्वद्भिः किं कर्त्तव्यमित्याह ॥
हे विद्वन् ! भवान् यथा स्यो देवः सविता भग उताऽपां नपाद्देवेभिर्जनिभिः सह त्वष्टा सजोषा देवेभिस्स द्यौः समुद्रैः सह पृथिवी दानु पप्रिरिव नोऽवतु ॥१३॥

What are the duties of the enlightened men-is told.
O highly learned person ! protect us like the bright sun, Prana, electricity along with the enlightened men and fathers, an artist or analyzer, who, loves and serves equally to: earth with seas, and the sun with other luminaries. Protect us like all these and a liberal donor, who fills up the deficiencies of all.
