द्यावो॒ न यस्य॑ प॒नय॒न्त्यभ्वं॒ भासां॑सि वस्ते॒ सूर्यो॒ न शु॒क्रः। वि य इ॒नोत्य॒जरः॑ पाव॒कोऽश्न॑स्य चिच्छिश्नथत्पू॒र्व्याणि॑ ॥३॥
dyāvo na yasya panayanty abhvam bhāsāṁsi vaste sūryo na śukraḥ | vi ya inoty ajaraḥ pāvako śnasya cic chiśnathat pūrvyāṇi ||
द्यावः॑। न। यस्य॑। प॒नय॑न्ति। अभ्व॑म्। भासां॑सि। व॒स्ते॒। सूर्यः॑। न। शु॒क्रः। वि। यः। इ॒नोति॑। अ॒जरः॑। पा॒व॒कः। अश्न॑स्य। चि॒त्। शि॒श्न॒थ॒त्। पू॒र्व्याणि॑ ॥३॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
अश्न के दुर्गों का संहार

पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! द्यावो न जना यस्याऽभ्वं पनयन्ति सूर्य्यो न शुक्रः सन् भासांसि वस्ते योऽजरः पावको वीनोत्यश्नस्य मध्ये पूर्व्याणि चिच्छिश्नथत् स एव जगदीश्वरो ज्ञेयोऽस्ति ॥३॥

The same subject of nature and acts of God is continued.
O men! that Lord of the world is worthy of being known whose grand glory is sung by men like the enlightened persons who desire the welfare of all. He (God) being Resplendent and Illuminates all, who is decay less, Pure and Purifier pervading all. He dissolves at the end all things whichever are made by men.
