अ॒ग्निरिद्धि प्रचे॑ता अ॒ग्निर्वे॒धस्त॑म॒ ऋषिः॑। अ॒ग्निं होता॑रमीळते य॒ज्ञेषु॒ मनु॑षो॒ विशः॑ ॥२॥
agnir id dhi pracetā agnir vedhastama ṛṣiḥ | agniṁ hotāram īḻate yajñeṣu manuṣo viśaḥ ||
अ॒ग्निः। इत्। हि। प्रऽचे॑ताः। अ॒ग्निः। वे॒धःऽत॑मः। ऋषिः॑। अ॒ग्निम्। होता॑रम्। ई॒ळ॒ते॒। य॒ज्ञेषु॑। मनु॑षः। विशः॑ ॥२॥

अब मनुष्या क्या करते हैं, इस विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
'प्रचेता वेधस्तम ऋषि होता'
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
अथ मनुष्याः किं कुर्वन्तीत्याह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! यं होतारमग्निं प्रचेता अग्निर्वेधस्तमोऽग्निऋषिर्मनुषो विशश्च यज्ञेष्वीळते तमिद्धि यूयं प्रशंसत ॥२॥

What should the men do is further told.
O men ! you should also glorify that God who is the upholder and giver of all, whom an enlightened man likes the electricity, who is the giver of knowledge to others and is a seer i.e. the knower of the meanings of the mantras and the greatest scholar or wiseman. To him other thoughtful persons glorify in Sandhya (meditation & prayer) and other noble works.
