ते हि स्थि॒रस्य॒ शव॑सः॒ सखा॑यः॒ सन्ति॑ धृष्णु॒या। ते याम॒न्ना धृ॑ष॒द्विन॒स्त्मना॑ पान्ति॒ शश्व॑तः ॥२॥
te hi sthirasya śavasaḥ sakhāyaḥ santi dhṛṣṇuyā | te yāmann ā dhṛṣadvinas tmanā pānti śaśvataḥ ||
ते। हि। स्थि॒रस्य॑। शव॑सः। सखा॑यः। सन्ति॑। धृ॒ष्णु॒ऽया। ते। याम॑न्। आ। धृ॒ष॒त्ऽविनः॑। त्मना॑। पा॒न्ति॒। शश्व॑तः ॥२॥

फिर उसी विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
स्थिरस्य शवसः सखायः
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ॥
ये स्थिरस्य शवसो धृष्णुया सखायस्सन्ति ते हि त्मना यामन् धृषद्विन आ पान्ति ये यामन् प्रवृत्ताः सन्ति ते शश्वतः पथिकान् रक्षन्ति ॥२॥

The qualities of people deserving honour are stated.
The persons who are bold friends are of the firm and sure heroic strength, become endowed with firmness, and other virtues. They protect men on the path. While travelling, they guard and give helping hand to all fellow passengers of their own accord.
