स्व॒स्ति नो॑ मिमीताम॒श्विना॒ भगः॑ स्व॒स्ति दे॒व्यदि॑तिरन॒र्वणः॑। स्व॒स्ति पू॒षा असु॑रो दधातु नः स्व॒स्ति द्यावा॑पृथि॒वी सु॑चे॒तुना॑ ॥११॥
svasti no mimītām aśvinā bhagaḥ svasti devy aditir anarvaṇaḥ | svasti pūṣā asuro dadhātu naḥ svasti dyāvāpṛthivī sucetunā ||
स्व॒स्ति। नः॒। मि॒मी॒ता॒म्। अ॒श्विना॑। भगः॑। स्व॒स्ति। दे॒वी। अदि॑तिः। अ॒न॒र्वणः॑। स्व॒स्ति। पू॒षा। असु॑रः। द॒धा॒तु॒। नः॒। स्व॒स्ति। द्यावा॑पृथि॒वी इति॑। सु॒ऽचे॒तुना॑ ॥११॥

फिर विद्वद्विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
स्वस्ति द्यावापृथिवी सुचेतुना
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनर्विद्वद्विषयमाह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! यथाश्विनानर्वणः स्वस्ति मिमीतां भगो नः स्वस्ति देव्यदितिर्विद्या नः स्वस्ति सुचेतुना द्यावापृथिवी नः स्वस्ति पूषाऽसुरो नः स्वस्ति दधातु तथा युष्मभ्यमपि ते दधतु ॥११॥

The attributes and duties of the enlightened persons are told.
O men ! as teachers and preachers may give us happiness of a man who has no enemies, as air cause of the great wealth (of health) may give us happiness, as glorious and inviolable Vidya (knowledge or wisdom) may give us happiness through their knowledge, as nourishing milk etc. may give us happiness and as the cloud may give us happiness, in the same manner, may they bestow happiness upon you also.
