स॒दा॒पृ॒णो य॑ज॒तो वि द्विषो॑ वधीद्बाहुवृ॒क्तः श्रु॑त॒वित्तर्यो॑ वः॒ सचा॑। उ॒भा स वरा॒ प्रत्ये॑ति॒ भाति॑ च॒ यदीं॑ ग॒णं भज॑ते सुप्र॒याव॑भिः ॥१२॥
sadāpṛṇo yajato vi dviṣo vadhīd bāhuvṛktaḥ śrutavit taryo vaḥ sacā | ubhā sa varā praty eti bhāti ca yad īṁ gaṇam bhajate suprayāvabhiḥ ||
स॒दा॒ऽपृ॒णः। य॒ज॒तः। वि। द्विषः॑। व॒धी॒त्। बा॒हु॒ऽवृ॒क्तः। श्रुत॒ऽवित्। तर्यः॑। वः॒। सचा॑। उ॒भा। सः। वरा॑। प्रति॑। ए॒ति॒। भाति॑। च॒। यत्। ई॒म्। ग॒णम्। भज॑ते। सु॒प्र॒याव॑ऽभिः ॥१२॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को कहते हैं ॥
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
उभा स वरा प्रत्येति
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ॥
हे मनुष्या ! यद्यः श्रुतिवित्तर्य्यः सचा बाहुवृक्तो यजतः सदापृणस्सुप्रयावभिर्द्विषो वि वधीद्यश्च वः प्रत्येति सत्यं भाति गणं भजते स उभा वरें सत्कर्त्तुं शक्नोति ॥१२॥

The attributes of good persons are narrated.
O men ! the man who is satisfied of all, knower of the Vedas, who knows how to go across the ocean of misery, who is respecter of the enlightened persons, unifier, destroyer of the foes with his arms and annihilator of the haters of righteousness with the help of his associates, who comes to you for help and instruction, illuminates truth and serves the group of good men, can honor good audience and preachers both.
