शृ॒णोतु॑ न ऊ॒र्जां पति॒र्गिरः॒ स नभ॒स्तरी॑याँ इषि॒रः परि॑ज्मा। शृ॒ण्वन्त्वापः॒ पुरो॒ न शु॒भ्राः परि॒ स्रुचो॑ बबृहा॒णस्याद्रेः॑ ॥१२॥
śṛṇotu na ūrjām patir giraḥ sa nabhas tarīyām̐ iṣiraḥ parijmā | śṛṇvantv āpaḥ puro na śubhrāḥ pari sruco babṛhāṇasyādreḥ ||
शृ॒णोतु॑। नः॒। ऊ॒र्जाम्। पतिः॑। गि॑रः। सः। नभः॑। तरी॑यान्। इ॒षि॒रः। परि॑ऽज्मा। शृ॒ण्वन्तु॑। आपः॑। पुरः॑। न। शु॒भ्राः। परि॑। स्रुचः॑। ब॒बृ॒हा॒णस्य॑। अद्रेः॑ ॥१२॥

फिर उसी विषय को कहते हैं ॥

पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह ॥
हे मनुष्याः ! स नभस्तरीयाँ इषिरः परिज्मोर्जां पतिर्नो गिरः शृणोतु शुभ्राः पुरो नापो नोऽस्माकं गिरः शृण्वन्तु बबृहाणस्याऽद्रेः स्रुच इवास्माकं वाचः विद्वांसः परि शृण्वन्तु ॥१२॥

The subject of Vishvedevāh is explained.
O men ! may the protector and chief of the powerful armies or food grains etc., who crosses over the water (by boat or steamer) who is to be adored by others, who goes in all directions for work, and listens to our speeches. May the learned persons who are of quiet or peaceful disposition like the water hear us. May the active enlightened persons shining like the white cities who are benevolent like the big cloud, listen to our words.
