अषा॑ळ्हो अग्ने वृष॒भो दि॑दीहि॒ पुरो॒ विश्वाः॒ सौभ॑गा संजिगी॒वान्। य॒ज्ञस्य॑ ने॒ता प्र॑थ॒मस्य॑ पा॒योर्जात॑वेदो बृह॒तः सु॑प्रणीते॥
aṣāḻho agne vṛṣabho didīhi puro viśvāḥ saubhagā saṁjigīvān | yajñasya netā prathamasya pāyor jātavedo bṛhataḥ supraṇīte ||
अषा॑ळ्हः। अ॒ग्ने॒। वृ॒ष॒भः। दि॒दी॒हि॒। पुरः॑। विश्वाः॑। सौभ॑गा। स॒म्ऽजि॒गी॒वान्। य॒ज्ञस्य॑। ने॒ता। प्र॒थ॒मस्य॑। पा॒योः। जात॑ऽवेदः। बृ॒ह॒तः। सु॒ऽप्र॒नी॒ते॒॥

फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहा है।

पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह।
हे सुप्रणीतेऽग्नेऽषाळ्हो विद्वन् वृषभस्त्वं विश्वाः सौभगा पुरो दिदीहि। हे जातवेदो विद्वन् ! प्रथमस्य पायोर्बृहतो यज्ञस्य नेता सञ्जिगीवान् भव ॥४॥

The same subject of duties of man are stated.
O learned person! you are full of splendor like the purifying fire, and are of good policies. You are invincible and most powerful, and therefore enlighten all righteous deeds, and are means of prosperity and the cities. O highly educated person you are the protector of the first Ashrama (Brahamcharya) and leader of the great Yajna by way of respect shown to the highly learned man in order to conqueror all.
