ऋ॒तावा॒ यस्य॒ रोद॑सी॒ दक्षं॒ सच॑न्त ऊ॒तयः॑। ह॒विष्म॑न्त॒स्तमी॑ळते॒ तं स॑नि॒ष्यन्तोऽव॑से॥
ṛtāvā yasya rodasī dakṣaṁ sacanta ūtayaḥ | haviṣmantas tam īḻate taṁ saniṣyanto vase ||
ऋ॒तऽवा॑। यस्य॑। रोद॑सी॒ इति॑। दक्ष॑म्। सच॑न्ते। ऊ॒तयः॑। ह॒विष्म॑न्तः। तम्। ई॒ळ॒ते॒। तम्। स॒नि॒ष्यन्तः॑। अव॑से॥
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
फिर उसी विषय को अगले मन्त्र में कहा है।
हरिशरण सिद्धान्तालंकार
हविष्मान् सनिष्यन्
स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती
पुनस्तमेव विषयमाह।
हे विद्वन् ऋतावा भवान् यस्य दक्षमूतयश्च रोदसी सचन्ते तं हविष्मन्तः सचन्ते तमवसे सनिष्यन्तः ईळते तमेव प्रशंसतु ॥२॥

The nature and duties of the learned persons.
O learned person! you are seeker after truth and its observer. You admires only that great man, whose glory of strength and protecting quality is sung by (the people of) heaven and earth. All the donors glorify and praise all those who desire to share with others for his protection."
