त्वम॑ग्न॒ इन्द्रो॑ वृष॒भः स॒ताम॑सि॒ त्वं विष्णु॑रुरुगा॒यो न॑म॒स्यः॑ । त्वं ब्र॒ह्मा र॑यि॒विद्ब्र॑ह्मणस्पते॒ त्वं वि॑धर्तः सचसे॒ पुरं॑ध्या॥
tvam agna indro vṛṣabhaḥ satām asi tvaṁ viṣṇur urugāyo namasyaḥ | tvam brahmā rayivid brahmaṇas pate tvaṁ vidhartaḥ sacase puraṁdhyā ||
त्वम्। अ॒ग्ने॒। इन्द्रः॑। वृ॒ष॒भः। स॒ताम्। अ॒सि॒। त्वम्। विष्णुः॑। उ॒रु॒ऽगा॒यः। न॒म॒स्यः॑। त्वम्। ब्र॒ह्मा। र॒यि॒ऽवित्। ब्र॒ह्म॒णः॒। प॒ते॒। त्वम्। वि॒ध॒र्त॒रिति॑ विऽधर्तः। स॒च॒से॒। पुर॑म्ऽध्या॥

हे अग्ने इन्द्रो वृषभस्त्वं सतां नमस्योऽसि विष्णुस्त्वं सतामुरुगायोऽसि हे ब्रह्मणस्पते यस्त्वं रयिविद्ब्रह्माऽसि। हे विधर्त्तस्त्वं पुरन्ध्या सचसे ॥३॥

The pre-conditions to become a benefactor and admired.
O excellent and beautiful scholar! you enlighten the people fully like a sun. You have taken a vow of truth and are great and glorified physically, spiritually and psychologically. You thrash out the wicked and evils and therefore admirable and friendly to the Pranas (vital breaths). You administer all with justice and protect the noble persons and good conducts.
